Stephanie McKee serves as Senior Vice President of Southeast Practices for Eye Services Partners, overseeing the operations and performance of ESP practices and ambulatory surgery centers across the Florida region. With more than 20 years of experience in ophthalmology, Stephanie has developed expertise spanning all aspects of ophthalmic operations, including medical practice management, optical services, ambulatory surgery centers, finance, and revenue optimization.
Throughout her career, Stephanie has embraced a collaborative, team-focused leadership approach that has successfully driven operational initiatives, strategic growth, and organizational performance. Her commitment to developing high-performing teams and empowering others to succeed has been instrumental in achieving sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Science from Kansas State University and is a Certified Ophthalmic Executive (COE). She is also an active member of the American Society of Ophthalmic Administrators (ASOA) and is passionate about advancing the ophthalmology profession while helping others achieve their personal and professional goals.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time on the water, boating, outside gardening, and relaxing with family and friends.
