With over 30 years of progressive leadership in multi-specialty ophthalmology practice management, Carrie Violetto brings a deep commitment to operational excellence, strategic growth, and compassionate, patient-centered care. Currently serving as the Illinois Regional Vice President of Operations at Eyecare Services Partners, she oversees six locations, leading a team of nearly 200 employees and 23 providers. Her core strengths lie in driving operational consistency, financial performance, and clinical excellence within the surrounding Chicago region.
Throughout her career, Carrie has maintained a hands-on approach—managing credentialing, budgeting, revenue cycle operations, and HR functions—while fostering strong relationships with physicians, staff, and corporate leadership. She is deeply motivated by a desire to contribute meaningfully to the well-being of patients and the success of the teams she leads.
