Regional Vice President - Mid-Atlantic
Bob Uffelman is the Regional Vice President for ESP’s mid-Atlantic region. This region consists of practices across Delaware, Maryland, the District of Columbia, and surrounding towns. The region includes 16 practice locations, two ambulatory surgery centers, multiple optical shops, over 325 employees, and 55 providers.
Bob has over 30 years of ophthalmic leadership experience. He has developed two de novo accredited ambulatory surgery centers, designed and constructed numerous offices, and been deeply involved in several practice acquisitions from both sides of the purchase.
He is a Delaware native and a University of Delaware alumnus. Bob and his family enjoy boating, fishing, and beach life.
